FDA is up to Warner Chilcott which bought the rights to version 1 of Vitaros. From what Dr. Damaj said, Warner Chilcott had no interest in seeking FDA approval but then when approval came in Canada, that is when they realized what they were sitting on and have started the process. I should add that Apricus cannot market the room temp version in the US without negotiating with Warner...per my previous discussions with IR. I had hoped otherwise.
