If an R/S is accompanied by some very good credible news, it could keep the sp from tanking after the R/S. So it is possible. Again, this news would have to be extremely good and very credible and come not too long after the R/S.

Maybe the longs can say how they see this trading @.10 on the bid for 90 consecutive days without doing an R/S.

I don't know how it's going to be done and am confused. I believe I remember the filings from before and I do not believe anyone has any special shares (prefered, etc) that would protect them from an R/S. Normally an R/S will happen when they are protected from it, but I believe everyone (incuding William) would be affected by an R/S, so therefore I can't see an R/S happening. But I just do not know how the .10 is going to be done without this.

Any longs care to give opinions on how to get this to .10?
