As I see it, the only reason for a reverse split is to reduce the number of outstanding shares so that you can generate more shares to sell. And that is what got ACT in this mess to begin with. Too many shares. Just raising the price per share will not help ACT at all. I could sell every share I own or buy every outstanding share and it would not help ACT. Only new shares. What the outcome will be I don't know. We will just have to wait and see. JMO.
