If company is hiring programming talent, they must be expecting significant continued revenue growth. Several programmers will cost them at least 150 to 300K per year. So if they are still showing a profit, not growing their outstanding shares, this is a good confidence boost for continued significant revenue growth. I'm encouraged by this news.
