was the ALTO TICKER symbol changed by MGMT???????

Or is the "E" there due to a deliquency in filing status on a required filing....

Alto Group Holdings Inc. will Change its Ticker to ALTOE from ALTO

Effective March 19, 2012, Alto Group Holdings Inc. will change its OTCBB stock ticker symbol to ALTOE from ALTO.



Is what I found on the internet accurate? Was this a MGMT decision?
