Communication in Tivus to it's shareholders has been a problem. Perhaps the idioms and language of Shiva's native land (in this I am making an assumption because he may well be born in the US) have contributed to any mis-understandings. Having traveled overseas occasionally has made me realize that what is mentioned in one language quite often does not translate the same and can cause confusion. This is another reason I try to give SP wide leeway in his press releases.
JP, here is something else for us to consider. When a person's accent is only pointed out surrounding a person of color (white Europeans, for instance rarely result in immigration questions)then racism cannot be ruled out as the cause of the comments. Let's just say that feelings of discomfort around such conversations should put us all on guard. I am uncomfortable with references to his accent or immigration issues surrounding Shiva, the ceo of Tivus. GLTA. R3
