Well, I did my research, opened an account at Scottrade, chatted with a rep, sent paperwork to local branch, etc. Planned to move my portfolio. Then I get a call from someone at Scottrade - during the discussion, he told me that although I can buy and sell penny stocks, including MMTS, I can't transfer them in...$%&$^#%*($^(%&%( LOL.
