They will never see a penny per share if they fully dilute to 5 billion shares. Short term this will tank down to .001 or less if the shares are approved and dulitors start selling their shares. Roy may say that there will be no R/S for the time but 6 months from now will be a different story once obtaining money through convertibles becomes hard due to the low PPS
