I figured the price of gold at the time would be the answer and you did furnish me with shat my next question would have been, at what price would it be viable. Thank you.

One other question though. Since this was an active site many years or decades ago, have there been any environmental impact studies done to determine if the property has any historical problems to deal with? The EPA is coming down very hard on this of late.
