What will get this company to .10 is retiring about 5-9 billion shares and increasing the concessions in South America.

Too many short term thinkers ignoring what is actually going on in this company. Some seem to think that 15billion shares are the O/S when that number is closer to 6.6 billion and if you take the top end of the values of the concession and divide it by 6.6 billion you get a share valuation of over .10
