RS is a sure way of dropping under 0.0001 (in this case).
why? company is diluting the chit out of MMTE. the PR comes because VERT needs liquidity to sell.
last PR was a bit too vague and the volume didn't match the needs (at least not enough)
miscalculation of the market - new try.
hence, new PR. lol
