Would not a Conference Call make more sense? Would not coming from the CEO and opportunities to give status to questions that need to be asked, by all not just a few . What 99% of investors are looking for is CEO to come forward, not translation through emails from one person.Thats no different than whats been happening on board for months.
Having select questions sent through a select few that are edited are whats wrong with CEO not addressing his investors in 8 months. This is not a pass the note to a classmate situation.
Since your taking questions for Howard Pharmstar that are legitimate ones to all investors, not just a few i offer some questions . The below questions only involve PRs ,since they are already issued as TRUTH and according to HOWARD complete transparency sent out through several media outlets.
#1 PR stating they had CLOSED on Wilson building and land. What is status as to why that did not close and are they even in building now??
#2 Two PRs concerning Current status in OTC market and the UPLISTING with LABROZZI already "retained" and doing audit were stated as the utmost of importance to accomplish to gain new investors, needed funding. Why did we drop to limited if this was a KEY funding attraction ? Not whether PHAR is obligated to, but why let that happen, no notice to investors waiting on quarterly? Just shows up LIMITED status on OTC , no reason given.
#3 PR stating of rollback which should have been a investor friendly attracting of confidence. What happened? Why never filed with Delaware SOS?
#4 PR stating WORLDWIDE DISTIBUTION with 5 million initial order and a preffered D investment by AMS. Why is it 100% fabricated? How is that not complete fraud? AMS nor Babatunde Kupoluyi are not part of any such distribution, NEVER WAS. Being this was a NEVER was, why do that to illegally decieve investors?
#5 PR Stating Dr James Carlson was appointed to Board of Directors, Chairman of Medical Board and was going to promote AQUAPRIN on his nutitional food show. Why is he not on the Board of Directors now and why did he never promote AQUAPRIN on any show? What happened.
Most probably 5 out of 5 wont make your list as i dont really want them to be edited to make it more palatable for HOWARD. IMO thats a big problem now. The avoidance of those asking LEGITIMATE questions and the contact with just a minority that tiptoe around issues.
IMO opinion the few that think they can purchase enough shares or attract enough new investors without getting accurate information directly from CEO to new investors,, are very sadly hurting PHAR the most. ALL IMO
