GREAT NEWS!!! Everyone needs to realize what this means. Audited financials mean that the CLIL should be audited at the same time since it is a subsidiary of MMTE. THAT MEANS WE GET THE VALUATIONS OF THE CONCESSIONS! Now with that said it can be in one of 2 forms. Cost basis (how much MMTE paid for them) or market value (what they are worth)

ALSO, a normal audit can be done in as little as 2 weeks. However, it is tax season so hopefully the auditors aren't too busy.
