drews, yes .10 to qualify. Now the question is, how do we get to .10, I hope not a rs. This is why I have always said, we need better clarification from WL as we procede along this path. I am still holding 25+ millions shares but watching carefully like everyone else here as to what the real game plan is for up listing. GLTAL
