It could. Stocks trade on the perceptions of investors, but always tend toward Fair Market Value (FMV). This is moreso in bigger stocks than pennys, because pennys are constantly manipulated, but still ultimately so in all.

The market cap of the company is PPS X OS. Market caps are often 2X Revenue or 12 X EPS, depending on growth rate of company on bottom and top line.

These numbers can vary widely. I've seen multiples in the hundreds for EPS and I've seen less than 1. Same using the Revenue method...wide variations.

If DNYS had some great PR out, it could go higher than $.50. One never knows.
