Could be manipulated, doesnt make sense for the company to dillute in view of everything that we know that is taking place. Seems whenever a stock has this type of trading pattern, people scream dillution. Atrn traded its whole float in one day, and the price didnt budge.. that was about 2000 per cent ago.
