I talked with him briefly yesterday and he sounded horrible. Could barely talk and after about 10 sentences he could not complete a sentence. FWIW

As for why the long delay. Who knows if they are working on something they want to talk about but they do not have it done yet. And the financials will be filed by then.

From the PR: "This will permit a full discussion of the Company's year-end financials and other pending corporate developments."

Could be a hallucination on my part. Depending how you want to read it.
