Can someone post the original submission letter affirmed by the FAA? As someone posted the other day the manuals were submitted two years ago...hence the the reason 706BL was being late last summer to fly in the fall. Now the big spin is the manuals were submitted in the fourth quarter of 2011 and the feds are understaffed...so which is it??
