2 ways they will cut costs imo as part of the new strategy:

1)move headquarters to from indy to michigan

2)keep the 2 co-ceos: saves money plain and simple without losing adequacy and contributes to company culture team environment.

REMEMBER THE ONLY THING KEEPING THEM PROFITABLE IS CORP EXPENSE. NEW INTEREST EXPENSE WILL BE BASED OFF PROFITABILITY WITHOUT INTEREST BUT INCLUDING CORP EXPENSE IMO.
