20 Days from this 8-K filing TEVED will be used then it will revert to TEVE. During this time a lot will be happening, 10-Q, Counting of all shares, reevaluation of PPS and just maybe a change of boards upwards. I would assume anyone that is in the short position just got caught. But, that is moot. The true race to the top is just starting.
Remember it took Mr. Lenfest, what 25 years to get here, and I doubt that he would give up this type of investment in time and money in HIS company easily. I know I wouldn't.
Those of you that own shares are in the best position so hang tight you will be validated soon enough. 270,000 shares of which are mostly owned by persons on this board control the outcome.
Remember the psychology now is to get control of those shares, so guard them well. IMO
