No it's not, such agreements must be disclosed for shareholders to know the terms and conditions of such agreements. As I said already Walgreens is a perfect example of no agreement just authorization. I gave you an example of an agreement and there it is in black and white outlining the terms and conditions.

Besides it will not matter much longer with the current default hanging out there and potentially more defaults looming in the days to come.
