Then why is it in today's PRE 14A filing? Which by the way it is required to be disclosed in that filing... It is right there on Page 10 clear as day, the company provided that information today... that again is TODAY.. 21 March, 2012 if you did not notice the date on the PRE 14A that was released TODAY, which must disclose such financial issues currently plagueing this company.
