Well lets look at Walgreens for example, last I checked it was not an AGREEMENT but in fact an AUTHORIZATION to put product in 800 stores in the state of Florida. That is not an agreement, that is simply allowing a product within the stores with no terms or conditions, at any point that can be severed based upon the very fact there exists no agreement. No leg for the company to stand on if Walgreens says get out, with an agreement in place there are terms and conditions that must be met, there are none for this.

Know the difference between an agreement and an authorization. A good example is the two Olympic athletes who signed an AGREEMENT to advertise Phase III. Is there a written agreement in which shareholders can look at to see the terms and conditions of such an agreement?
