Show me the signed agreements of distribution, much like the PRed 1 million in "old money" which turned out to be $175,000 that was actually signed, the other agreements have never materialized. PRs are not official binding documents, however at least an 8K will show shareholders the details of the agreement, not even an 8K for all of those distribution agreements. So how sincere were they? It appears just to be able to dump shares into the wall of dilution and nothing more. Retail sales agreements? Once again beyond a PR where are the documents of these "agreements"?

There are none, just a series of PRs released for the sake of dumping shares for the debt.
