No I'm saying for a tiny company to employ someone on an H-1B seems odd. Especially two companies in a row. It would be one thing if they were employed on a Green Card, but an H-1B basically means they're here for one specific relatively short-term project.
I'm suggesting that someone should ask who is involved with the company that has been here for 4 years on an H-1B, and what their involvement is...and most importantly, that Shiva isn't the one using the H-1B visa.
