MMTC ~ I know your right just Listeria which is the hardest to identify of the three....by the three I meant e coli, salmonella and Listeria. The three responsible for 99% of all food borne illnesses. So with Listeria being completed and up to date. E Coli and Salmonella should be a walk in the park.....as they are much easier to identify in comparison to Listeria. Once we have all the three the food industry will welcome us with wallets open. ALL In My Humble Opinion.
