When will all investors be able to trade, no matter which Broker? (When will DTCC Suspension be lifted?) DTCC has automated message instructing investors to speak to their Brokers. Brokers respond by saying that they don't know.

Can anyone help in getting the DTCC Suspension lifted? (Perhaps someone at Veltex)
