TKM, sorry I could not find the exact broadcast, they did not archive it. It was a followup saying that if companies can go private, save all that money and effort, efforts and restrictions, WHY NOT?

I have to agree with them. Billions of dollars spent per annum on the Sarbanes-Oxley act of 2002. Some say neadless ly so.

Act may shackle the bad guys and make them act nice, but the good guys are saying ENOUGH, let's figure a way to go private.

Rules don't apply if you are private. Ahhhh, private, no shareholder emails.

I smile, because Mr. Ball never liked being public anyway. Then I frown since if he does that I can't profit from ATVX's future ventures, which trust me, are in the works.
