Proof that JBI is a stock selling scam? Sure.

Well, since Juicy Johnny has a bad habit of lying in his SEC filings, I hate to use this as "proof" of anything.
But until the SEC and the DOJ get done with their investigations, this is the best I can do:

They issued 20 million shares in just the past 12 months or so.

03/19/2012 - 73,049,709 shares outstanding
03/31/2011 - 54,611,184 shares outstanding
12/10/2010 - 51,241,926 shares outstanding
