RFMK PPS Appears To Be Going Nowhere Fast, With All The "Good" News Makes One Wonder Why, I Suspect Investors Have Determined Nothing There, Plenty Of Competitive Products Already Out There, Not Enough Market To Make Money On These Devices, Too Much Dilution And It's Chilly, IMO.
