No, that is not correct either.

The announcement reads that they have acquired financing to keep from having to dilute. The new Chairman specializes in supporting companies and getting them the right financing, outlets, etc....to be extremely successful.

You all really should read up on him and what has been going on with the company as of late. I think it would shed a lot of light on the situation for you.
