NMT Medical Inc.(fka NMTI)

Has anyone done DD on this company?...There is no company as far as I can find. They sold everything in an auction in October of 2011. Whats left is now owned by W. L. Gore & Associates.

"Just weeks after announcing it did not have enough cash to file required federal documents, NMT Medical Inc. reports it is liquidating its business and selling assets to pay off creditors and has let go any employees left."

Now unless I'm missing something here..I cant see why anyone would want to invest in this company..
