I'll play devils advocate and agree. They have already been given an extension before and haven't shown that they can maintain 1.00. Why would NASDAQ give them another chance when they can still get their fee from another stock with a better chance of reaching a 1.00. NASDAQ has a reputation they want to uphold. Just another side of the coin to consider.
