It cost about $100,000 for filing a 10K. All BFAR has to do is file a 10K for the year ending 2011 and 10 Q's subsequently thereafter for each 2012 quarters and they would be back in compliance with the SEC.

Now, does BFAR have to file 2010 and 2009 K's?
