Who knows at this point what will happen?

Have to say though that with all the merger/acq talk, and I have been through these before with other stocks, the one troubling aspect is the absence of any preliminary LOI, or letter of intent, for a possible merger or acq.

Any other time I have been through this the company has issued an LOI in the beginning and stated that they would be entering a quiet period, as a requirement of the process.

It has bothered me that one(LOI) was not done here.
So I tend to discount those theories.
