STD....SMTC (if one, in fact, exists in the eyes of Host)

Would love to know:
1. Did Host call Tivus into a meeting 4 months early?
2. Why did the Marriotts leave?
3. Did the TA get gagged by SP?
4. Is there an "executed" multi-million and multi-year contract in the hands of Host?
