Incorrect. Of the 8 companies listed in that article (Agilyx, LanzaTech, Axion, Enerkem, Terrabon, Range Fuels, Lehigh and Kior), only Agilyx is in the P2O space. The "field" they share is waste-to-energy, but not plastic-to-oil.

Incidentally, so many here decry the "secret sauce" story from JBI, but I noted this part in the Forbes article:

The company’s secret sauce is a species of bacteria–discovered in the intestinal tract of rabbits–that breaks down carbon monoxide and reassembles the atoms into ethanol.



Sounds pretty juicy, eh?
