What I am seeing is everyone getting very very excited about this space, which already contains at least 20 companies world-wide (most not viable or profitable), and that it's attracting the big chemical, waste management, and oil & gas companies.

As for drawing comparisons between Cynar and JBI: if you really want to compare the two cases, you'll need to wait 16 months from the signing of the RKT deal to see where they stand. We are at month 7 today, and we already know they:

1. have selected a first site location
2. have collaborated on the design of the processors
3. have collaborated on permitting in the state in question
4. there is a pad & building already on-site

So no, I don't see any "pattern" between Cynar/Sita and JBI/RockTenn.
