It's comical to suggest an exclusive agreement exists and substantiate it not with an executed agreement, but with loosely worded, company written public statements.

Agreements are written and signed to memorialize specifics. They also lend legal credibility to the deal.

So you see, there is no agreement with OSIS, as Brennan admitted to SGR at the no news video session. Rather, the so called agreement, is based on a handshake with a REAL public company.
