Got my case of vanilla today. I actually exercise more.....for some reason while drinking this after exercise. I got up at 520 this am and rode my stationary bike. Then drank a chocolate p3. Gonna do it again tonight....top off with vanilla.

My wife goes through two chocolates a day now.
