I'll go back to SNRY company descritpion I posted a while back:

We are dedicated to advancing the solar economy through awareness, training, supply chain services and direct capital projects. We help small businesses enter the fast-growing solar economy. We connect buyers and sellers bringing global manufacturers to market through indirect and direct distribution channels. We source, execute and manage large-scale solar projects driving demand, creating jobs and generating energy for a variety of commercial and government interests.

Our vision is to renew the nation's economy through solar energy. Our mission is to advance the mainstream adoption of solar technologies, diversifying America's energy portfolio and creating economic advantages for manufacturers, small businesses and energy consumers.

SUNTECH is launching many new products, and only has one manf plant. To me, SUNTECH might need to further develop it's supply chain by not only growing US manf plants from ONE in AZ to multiple locations (SC) but also, SUNTECH probably needs to train field techs for both resdiential and commercial implementation/installs. To me, SNRY would be the educational/operational addition to a SUNTECH infrastructure. Seeing SUNTECH IS going to supply ARAVA, and already has a contractvin place to do so...perhaps this is a marriage that takes SUNTECH's products to the next level, by developing a true education center and accelerates bringing their new PV technology to all markets.

That's my best guess on your unanswered questions.
