I forgot to add, as a sidline to the conversation, Mr. James, who was a venture capitalist before buying his present companies, said "be smart about those shares." What do you mean?
He said, "not my place to tell you what to do., but I WOULD NOT SELL those shares right now."

Of course, we cannot take financial advice from a phone conversation and promoter, but just sayin', the guy is pretty close to the homeland at this point and this was simply his opinion. (He is working out the the Phoneguard offices in Boca Raton) Don't know about you, but that comment sort of made me tingle
