Trey is selling insurance with Colonial life... So don't look to him for guidance... He was salesman who believed what the company told him and sold it to us ....along with everyone else who believed in the product we invested ...... the solution turned out to be much more complex than a simple product replacement dry ice replaced by container ...... Mgt played us and didn't connect the dots.... If they were honest they could have said we don't know the answer to solving the acceptance problem and have no plan currently to resolve it and quite frankly they still don't have a clue or plan to resolve the acceptance issue.....so why the BIG PAY CHECKS !!!!!!!! Find the right people & PAY THEM
