The annual lease rate for the building is $5.00 per year. If the Company creates 200 or more permanent jobs as a result of its activities in South Carolina, it will be able to purchase the building for $1.00 at the end of the 3-year lease term. The company is continuing its efforts to create the required number of jobs by the end of the lease term. "The company is in negotiations with another company to fulfill its obligations."
Don't know if it matters much but it does make mention of dealings with a new company????
