I just finally realized why the offering was done. Damaj probably new Abbott was going to be the partner and wasn't going to launch the drug until late 2012 or possibly 2013. That was the best deal he could get. He probably also new Europe was going to delay the approval until late 2012 or early 2013. That was the best deal he could get. That is why the up-front payments are very minimal. That was why he was buying those small companies to try to get some type of revenue and he knew the company was going to run out of cash. He also knew he wasn't going to be able to market Femprox and Prevonco because of the shortage so that was why he put in the 10K about needing a partner. Put him under oath and I bet he admits all of it.
