I spoke to etrade today in detail of when the shares will be converted. They said that the shares are being mailed and NOT delivered electronically and it could take 4 weeks to receive from the company. The brokers that do allow customers to have shares readily tradable do NOT actually have them yet. Etrade no longer does this bc they have been burned in the past by penny stocks r/s and not delivering the shares. The only way to buy or sell they said was if they short the stock. I didnt really understand that part but w/e its gonna be a few more days to weeks b4 we can buy or sell he said to me.
