I took on of these "multivitamin's" and it came out the other end looking exactly as it did when it was in the bottle. Never even dissolved while it was in my digestive track! I ended up taking the bottle to my family doctor and told him what had happened. He studied the bottle for a minute and his response was to just throw them away, that it was a "garbage" product. Ugh! What a waste of money. Thats why I took the time to write this review, I hope to help one person from wasting their money on this horrible excuse for a multivitamin.
