Correct me if I'm wrong, but they cannot just de-register company's without meeting particular guidelines which should include a fair payout of the valuation to shareholders. Also their attempted cancellation of particular shares (of the same class) that are publicly traded, like they were attempting to do before was highly unethical... I spoke with someone responsible for the case review at the SEC and they indicated it wasn't right. The company is highly profitable as you may have noticed in their latest filing... They should do what's right and pay up, not run and hide to weasel out. BTW, what do you mean from the "T/A"?
