Welcome to the board Huong.
World wide wireless was sopposedly merging with GOHG but it never went thru. Then RICKEYS LLC bought the shell. The web site for RICHKEYS LLC is: http://richkeysllc.com/

They will retire some shares, getting rid of the old CEO of GOHG, and bringing on some other progressive prodjects to GOHG. They are also going to change the GOHG to a new filing name soon.
