erue, what makes you think the employees or founder of SEVU isn't buying open shares? I stongly disagree to you statement of no "insider" buys.

You are correct that some "inside" buying could be done without "insider" status. I am not an SEC expert, but believe this to be true. Somebody here will correct me if I am wrong.
